IYO the Song, We Are One Fit Basil and Olivia?

Alright, I'm wondering if in your opinion, does The Lion King song, "We Are One" fit Basil and Olivia from The Great Mouse Detective? To me it does, although Olivia isn't Basil's kid because they have their points, they try to reason with each other, and I think the words fit them perfectly. Olivia knows that not all rats and bats are evil, which is why I think Dawson would be understanding. I just want to know what your thoughts are. BTW, IYO stands for "in your opinion".
